Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on February 27, 2022 found that Family Pillars Palliative Care Hospice, Llc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C & D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a Medicare certification survey completed on January 13, 2022.
